I've done plenty of training courses in my time. And sometimes I've asked a question and people have looked at me like I'm stupid - like I should have known the answer already.
Well, that's not how learning works. And if you place a fullstops on questions, then people stop learning.
The ethos of WriteForTheStage is that there's no such thing as a stupid question because if you don't ask that question, you'll never know the answer. And sometimes we need to ask fundamental questions so that we can build a robust understanding.
This is the basis of our playwriting courses, and this is the basis of this forum.
So, ask questions. And provide answers for each other. Because more heads are better than one.

To ask or answer a question, you can add to the comments section underneath the main thread. Or you can add a new thread by clicking "New Thread".
